Savannah, Georgia

While at Hilton Head, we took a day to travel to Savannah, Georgia.  We went on a trolley tour and heard all about the history of Savannah.  It was neat to ride around the historic area and we jumped off to get lunch.  The buildings were so neat and we even saw the square where Forest Gump sat on his bench.  It did get a bit warm, but we got lucky because it was one of their cooler days.
